Coordinating hundreds of investor–company meetings is not a spreadsheet problem. With 200+ investors and 40+ companies, the event required thousands of potential interactions across a fixed multi-day schedule. Each meeting needed to be discovered, booked, tracked, updated, and kept conflict-free.

We developed a dedicated Investor–Company Meeting Management Platform that centralized the complete meeting workflow. Rather than treating the event as a generic calendar, the platform was designed around the specific relationship between investors, companies, meeting slots, and registrations.
